Financial Protocols

1. Subscription & Digital Advisory Services

• Finality of Service: Monthly and Annual subscription fees cover the "Knowledge-Base Service" and metabolic mapping. Once a personalized herbal plan is rendered in the member portal, the service is deemed fulfilled and is non-refundable.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing; however, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

2. Physical Teabag & Herbal Products

• Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of consumable health products and Canadian safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened teabag packages or herbal supplements.
• Unopened Returns: Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The user is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
• Damaged Goods: If a product arrives damaged, iHerbMed will provide a replacement at no additional cost, provided photo evidence is submitted to our support team within 48 hours of receipt.

3. Affiliate & Referral Credits

• Non-Cash Value: Referral credits, affiliate rewards, or "Product Packs" earned through our referral system have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency refunds.
• Clawback Provision: If a referred user successfully disputes a payment, any credits issued to the referring affiliate will be voided.

4. Legal Finality

By purchasing a subscription or product, the user acknowledges that iHerbMed operates as an Informational Startup Platform. The individualized nature of our offerings means that "disliking a flavor" or "changing your mind" does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Jurisdiction

All financial disputes and refund requests are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Under no circumstances shall iHerbMed Ltd. be liable for any amount exceeding the original purchase price of the contested service or product.
