1. Absolute Waiver of Liability
- No Responsibility: iHerbMed, its core management team, and employees shall not be held legally liable for any health outcomes, complications, or damages resulting from the use of informational botanical protocols.
- Assumption of Risk: Users acknowledge that natural herbal medicine carries inherent risks and potential allergens. You voluntarily assume 100% of the risk associated with any plan or product.
- Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iHerbMed Ltd. in every possible legal situation arising from your use of the platform.
2. Informational & Advisory Status
- Biological Blueprinting: Information provided is for educational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical advice or examination.
- Data-Driven Insights: Our startup leverages data science to optimize individual offerings and standardize dosages; however, these are not medical prescriptions.
- Physician Consultation: It is your sole responsibility to consult a licensed physician before consuming iHerbMed standardized teabags or following any botanical plan.
3. Data Collection & Privacy Protocol
- Required Data: To architect personalized plans, we collect age, gender, pre-existing conditions, and medical/food allergies.
- Metadata Capture: For platform security and innovation optimization, we capture User ID, User Agent, and IP addresses.
- Technology Custody: All customer data is secured under the direction of our CTO to ensure the highest cybersecurity standards.
4. Financial & Partnership Terms
- Subscription Fees: Revenue is generated through recurring monthly or annual personal and family fees. All fees are final once personalized advice is rendered.
- Third-Party Liability: iHerbMed forge partnerships with pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals but remains legally independent from the conduct of these business associates.

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This startup operates under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vancouver.
